Edmonton Construction 12 (December 2013)

Placeholder for the New Thread.

Someone who can put together a map of the proposals, construction sites and recently completed would be nice.

A map of the projects ongoing.

Mayfair North is going to impress the hell out of so many people, cannot wait for some images to be released.

I hope so. I work semi across the street from this (Centre West Building), and don't want to be cursing at it every day.

well then we should expect something half-decent. Looking at their portfolio - they've done everything quite nice looking low rise suburban frame to pretty high end office towers.....

Floors and massing are very similar, exterior materials proposed are much more superior. It looks very good.

^ Yes. We dodged a bullet with Procura's Mayfair North there. Shame they went downhill so fast, they actually did have some good proposals once upon a time.

I know them more as investment manager, and in that context wondered if they'd bought a percentage of the property.

Anyone know of any plans for the old auto shop at 95 St and 102 Ave that burnt down a few years ago?

Yes, unless BCIMC is involved, I'm surprised they are managing it.

I read a tweet from Brad Lamb that said "Heading to #Edmonton for the next few days. Looking at land and #RealEstate opportunities."

He develops some wicked projects, it would be great to see something here.
