So are the posts above enough or would you like me to repeat what other forumers are saying in a list for you.
1. If you're going to be tall design something that doesn't already look tacky and dated
2. The 3D render doesn't make any sense, Like I've stated before the floors that flare out look like a cheap model deform job where no thought was put into how the cut off floors will work when it comes to the integration of the cladding and windows.
3. The spire looks like a cheap wind vein you can buy at a flea market for you garden.
4. The Spire consists of arching steel beams where the continuity is lost by how the roof has been left as a sharp angle.
5. It's surrounded buy smaller bulky office like buildings that appear to be copies of buildings that went up in the 80's and 90's in office parks around much larger metros.
6. The buildings in the foreground look like slightly modern versions of ugly apartment slabs with a strange 2 level office like structures plopped on top.
7. Why is it set back from the roads so far with grass in front of it. If you're going for large scale urban it should meet and engage the street.
8. Villes du Québec deserves much better. Going tall is fine in that location but when you look at all of the amazing new builds and proposals they've had over the past several years this just falls short. I'm glad it will probably never happen

Other then saying you like it, do you have a list of what's so great about it? Perhaps I should start hounding you like you did until you tell us why it's better then Jesus and sliced bread?
