I have a buyer anxiously awaiting occupancy, was supposed to be May, then July, now the buyers have been sent a letter saying mid-Sept. I suspect it's because of the Phase II launch which was supposed to be a rental, then converted to condo likely because to the hot market, seems they're rushing to get that finished so perhaps transferred the labour to that tower which may be why Phase I is delayed.
