sure, I know, but what I meant was that Quebec city has been built up over centuries and a lot of its architecture preserved. When you take cities that have similar characters - say, cities that have been around since the 1600s/1700s in North east, you will see a lot of similarities.
Yeah, sure, Cleveland is very similar to QC in some ways, but it really only start to grow after the mid 1800s.
