It actually looks huge from south Lewvan when you drive over Wascana Creek

One of the interesting things about the new Marriott on Dewdney is how is emphasizes how much the Lewvan curves. From the south it looks massive and in your way.

Next to Party Store is Lammle's Western Wear, which I cannot image is needed but I guess they'll be the judge of that.

I would also expect a Brown's to go underway in Grasslands this year.

Yes because calling someone a douchebag makes one a douchebag. I didn't challenge anyone to a fight. I didn't wear a baseball cap 24/7. I don't have truck nutz and a lift-kit. I simply challenged the ethics of a business that discriminates based on gender. But if that makes me a douche-bag then I'll proudly wear that label.
There's a difference between catering to a crowd and actively refusing to give a male-style haircut to someone because they were born with a vagina. And as the management of curves explained, they actually would follow the law in allowing a man if he so chose.
You're going to have to be clearer. And don't you have a failed Rider forum to mourn?
I'm not bitter. I'm not resentful. I'm aggressive in the pursuit of my views. You all get angry because I'm not a timid, mindless person. How does criticizing the business practices for their misogynist way make me bitter? How does disagreeing with certain architecture make me bitter. Expressing an opinion forcefully does not equal bitterness.

Y'all are simply jealous that I have more knowledge of Regina development than any of you. And that I actually have convictions.
Ladies Cal Fit adds specifically states no men...I notice you ignored that in your flawed counter argument...but hey don't let facts get in the way of another one of your editorial rant posts.

Let's post about construction and development, not other posters. Also personal attacks are against the rules, annoying and a waste of time.

Ignore people you don't like or report them to the mods if they have broken rules.

Back to construction and development... Fontaine Bleu of Gordon Rd. looks pretty decent. There are a lot of units. Anyone know how sales are going?

The blue on the exterior is different... but I quite like it.

And looking at their website, sales appear to be pretty strong.

I personally think it looks pretty ugly. It's kind of garish compared to the rest of the area. Hopefully the blue fades a bit over time.

I think a "cool blue" is a nice little pop of colour. If it were hot pink, I'd definitely agree with the garish comment.

The large utility boxes along the sidewalk really accent the building well You'd think by now there would be ways to avoid this. . . .

I'm amazed to see how big the balconies are on this and many other new projects around town.

Edit:
on closer view, I see that most of those are 2 balconies not 1. I take that back.

Thats a nice house - I like it. The driveway is interesting - hope it doesn't rain or snow and get packed ice on the driveway.

I think Sask Power got a bazillion of the boxes made and will make sure they use each and every one that they bought!

Once had a neighbor with a similarly sloped driveway that wasn't heated. Their cars parked on the street most of the winter. Actually on google streetview the house and driveway appear to be mid construction (which was 2012?) and there looks to be styrofoam placed on the driveway below the rebar which would support the "heated" theory.

People from the southern US can barely wrap their heads around block heaters, I wonder how they would react to "heated driveways".

Now now, give hot pink a chance.

Probably similarly to how they react to snow itself.
