Thanks for the pic updates. I like the Art Hotel but wish they would've done the light blue glass in the middle instead of stucco. There will be a restaurant on the 4th floor of that triangular glass feature overlooking Broadway that should be a cool space.
Oh and EnV is now Joule. Much better name.
