The stations will be excavated and they are only 850 meters apart so I don't think it will make much difference if you're doing cut and cover the short distance between stations. Even with a bored tunnel, the stations are still going to be extremely disruptive. If the savings are in the 100's of millions, then you easily have enough savings to compensate businesses. Like I said though, station construction will probably effect businesses just as badly as anything.
