I remember not to long ago when people use to say Southcore was "dead"..
I like how it's progressing, but what an ugly, utilitarian-sounding name. I've had computer chipsets with nicer monikers than that.
They should come up with something more evocative. Something like "No-Rob-Fords-here-ville," or "This-is-the-density-your-mother-in-Milton-warned-you-about-land."
Wow...Looking great Vancouver! Nice shape from the angle in the top one... just need a couple of +200m towers on either side of the Shangri-La (not sure if its possible?)
