anyone know what's happening to
1942 Hamilton Street (old Vital Stats office, I believe - between Olivers & Siam)?
They've taken out all of the windows, opened it up to grade, and have tarped an area about 5-6' back from the front wall of the building. Could be installation of floor-to-ceiling windows (for retail or an office), or the creation of a small patio set into the building like Atlantis/Flip (for a restaurant).
