A ‘mini’ city next to Regina? Who’s for it and who’s against?

Yeah the traffic woes in this city are literally stupid. Albert street, ring road and collage ave all down to one lane. Also CTV's website is pathetic, videos rarely play, site has difficult time loading, and its slow..

Nope, the owner of O'Hanlons is opening the Fat badger that is a fact. Victoria's tavern has a nice new sign. What a huge presence that pub is going to have downtown. It will really pull that area together, along with 20ten and the Fat Badger

I believe he's an investor, but not the owner.

That's the sister tavern to the Lancaster, is it not? Same owners?

It is the same owners as Leopolds Tavern on Albert. Im not sure if they are involved with Lancasters as well, but definitely Leopolds.

Great to see this character building being repurposed in this way. Looking forward to popping in on a future trip to Regina, once it opens. Does anyone know it's opening date?

The James Room at Victoria's Tavern is your very own private function and party space. With capacity of up to 25 people The James Room features a jukebox, full service bar including four beer taps, 60 inch TV.

Thanks for the pics one brick at a time. So apparently smokes poutinerie is planning on opening its first Regina franchise, and they are currently looking for a location. Does anyone else think the old Gails Florest on Hamilton across from Victorias and beside CK would be a great spot? What a great area that could be with another late night addition of that caliber

You're welcome . I also agree that that would be a perfect spot! Who owns it now?

^Agreed. Completely wrong place for a suburban hotel design which will now be there for fifty years.
