Well, I enjoyed visiting the stadium I must say.
-Bike parking was a breeze, similar to the way it works at Bluesfest.
-The stadium feels fresh throughout, even in the North Stands and Civic centre concourses.
-Checked out my seats, love the sightlines and seat comfort is good, with beer cup holders, nice!
-I did see a few broken seats already though, hopefully this is not a sign of cheap quality.
-The veil up close is nice to look at, makes for interesting pictures from various angles. But the prior comment remains, it offers ZERO protection from the elements, and to me, thats a fail. I prefer protection from elements (stadium roof) over something nice to look at. Here's hoping that they can incorporate some kind of light fabric/mesh into this veil down the road to make it more functional.
-I like how the lower level concessions on the South side are field-side, so you can watch the game (without looking at the tv) while you wait in line for food or drink.
-Nice touch by OSEG to lower prices for beer and hot dogs during the open house

-Turf is reeeeeaaalllyyy nice, I have played soccer on all types of surfaces, but have never felt this type of turf

-Only negative, was being told to butt out my smoke while I was walking towards the stadium, near the cinema building, this of course was way BEFORE entering the stadium. Will all of Lansdowne be smoke free? wtf?
All in all, can't wait for the July 20th Fury home opener!
