Looks like on April 17th Premier Wynne will announce funding for construction of a new 17.8km four lane freeway from Highway 85 (KW Expressway) to Highway 6 (Hanlon Expressway) in Guelph. Construction is planned in 2016-17 and be completed in 2020-2021.
