^ resistance is futile

Actually I'm most excited at trying my hand at small scale infill re-development

In a few years when my other house is paid for, I want to CM a stacked rowhouse on the property and sell it.

Just hope the economy holds up

It would make a pretty stellar redevelopment property..

Can't see it from my building, not sure how extensive the damage is. Doubt that old building had any fire suppression in it...

Dwayne's home had some serious smoke and flames on the south side of the upper part of the building, we had quite the front seat view.

Apparently a gentlemen had to jump 2-3 stories, he had serious injuries.

According to this news story they say plans for the Grand Hotel is "redevelopment", which implies demolition and rebuild
