That's neat little project, very similar to our exceptional alley artworks project that has just stated in Alberta Avenue which should be a huge success

Back to towers, we just got the DP application notice for 102st Centre

Potentially the City's new home, or Stantec's? If it is Stantec then they lobbed off floors as per previous comments in this thread.

I doubt COE, Stanny maybe, Enbridge maybe, ATCO potentially...

I'm hoping Enbridge as they badly need to consolidate.

Ideally here is what i'd like to see:

Tower D - Stantec
102st - Enbridge
Take 9888 and reorganize what they have - City of Edmonton

ATCO is an interesting ingredient into the mix...

Enbridge is a 100% no.

I agree with Ian, 9888 is the ideal city tower

Stantec will go to either 102 or D

Well, that's a downer, as they'd be a nice pre-lease size. Otherwise, who else out there would be large enough?

Is AIMCo still involved with ownership of 102nd street tower?

I'd bet that if it wasn't for the height restriction due to the presence of City Centre Airport, Epcor would likely have been built even taller than Manulife.

Any idea of roof height? Epcor is only tallest currently because of the spires, while roof is something like 135m~, so let's hope 102 doesn't have tons of vanity height.
