Icon wasn't a height increase. The additional ten metres was to account for the previously unknown mechanical.

Plese make the changes

Super = Extraordinary

One word looks better too.

Mother of G-d!!

This could possibly be the best Yorkville design since Stern's One Saint Thomas.

Thanks for this. Is it possible to get the height corrected to 187m?

I'm not sure how the collapse of US financial institutions during the sub prime mortgage crisis is the fault of Bazis. That's like laying blame on you for not being able to buy a new car because your employer went bankrupt. Bazis is a breath of fresh air and Toronto is fortunate to have them in our city.

Agree, but we'll end up with more of these ridiculous compromise design choices in the downtown. Toronto always tries to appease opposing interest groups at the same time with the result being that neither is served well.

Now that looks nice. I hope it gets built and then Ottawa gets something in that hight level to get those three 1.2's together like the 700k's.

That looks really great. The sky gardens are of particular interest.

I had a similar initial thought as well Ramako.
I also like the look of the sky gardens. Would be interested to see how they turn out for real.
