There's interest from a small but growing local company in the Jasper Block. They've just got to find a taker for their current space.

Firma's moving out of the old Exchange Centre on Jasper into ECC shortly, so there's another smaller stand-alone that a small co. could use

I wish the top story addition was more visible. It looks neat from higher up but from the street you can hardly see it.

On of the best parts of the building is the new part off the alley IMO

I'm assuming this is the demolition of the 1970s solarium to make way for the glass box addition?

Just back from 4 days in Calgary, very impressed with how much is going on there. Lots of holes to still fill, but impressive. Made me realize how much we need to get rossdale going, ie. Access to river. Speaking of which, amazing how little visible damage or evidence of a major flood.

I know they have one planned down on the westside of the QEII and Ellerslie (Marriott). Not sure if that is the one?

Over in Jasper East, they're pouring columns for P-1 level for the west tower, and are starting on the P-2 deck for the east tower at Edgewater

Hopefully the mild weather holds so that all of the projects that are doing formwork get to keep their feet on the gas as long as possible
