^^ Wasn't CASA 3 always going to be over 200m? CASA is closer to Yorkville and on a side street so is a more desirable location so I'm not surprised its selling well. I wish they'd stop tinkering with 460 Yonge. It's good the way it is. First a height reduction, now I'm hearing that the design will be toned down.

The shadow impact? What about the sun impact? As if our quality of life is going to decrease if we're not continually bathed in sunlight. Besides, lots of people don't want direct sunlight. Honestly, I make a bee line for the shady side of the street as do a lot of people I know. It's not as if our streets turn into a dark cave. King and Yonge is one of the best bits of sidewalk because you never have to squint.
One of the great things about Manhattan is that there are large swaths of it where one is shielded from direct sunlight. It's wonderful. So where are the people advocating for those that want the sun blocked out? I'm hardly the only one who seeks out the shade.
