Did you really just ask that question after I made it perfectly clear as to why people are not going to the games? And for the record, it has nothing to do with the product on the field. It's the horribly outdated facility.
The reason there's been no development around the JDS stadium is because it's in a bad location for commercial growth. If that were downtown and a much nicer facility, there would be major growth and development around it.
