Condo, live/work and main floor retail. There are also a considerable amount of non-market units in this building.

Site work, digging is well underway now on Jasper and 95st.

I graduated from Mohawk a few years back and honestly I don't even recognize Mohawk anymore. There's been so many dramatic changes.

The new Credit Suisse Office tower proposal in downtown Vancouver. 31 floors

I actually really like it now, it has a really cool gothic feel, which compliments the existing Stock Exchange tower it is being built over top of.

Also, I love how Vancouver keeps on squeezing in buildings edge wise, it is starting to create a really cool layered / evolved look IMO that is more often found in Asian or European cities.

There is a decent chance that this tower may get going sooner rather than later, adding to Vancouver's new office tower boom (Telus, MNP, Bental 6, Rogers Arena, etc...)

Yeah man, wow. I love that. It's not as tall as the old design but it is significantly nicer and well put together! 120 meters too! Not bad

and from what I understand, the superstructure of the old building is just being upgraded to support it? I could be wrong though. I ask the question a few weeks ago on the Vancouver section and I don't think I got a reply...

Hopefully after a few decades of continued growth, Hamilton will be able to connect its waterfront area with the primary core with mixed use streets and such

Hamlitons A LRT line is planned to run there, though it is likely still 20 years off. (The B line is the one currently seeking funding)

When did Moncton start getting proposals? Very cool for Moncton! Do you know anything about the Coast Guard development in Saint John? Is it happening?
