Excellent news... the SDAB case regarding the liquor store on 95th st and 114th avenue, right across from Norwood park, is being re-opened, and sounds like it will be heard in council chambers rather than at the SDAB office, with the development officer present, assumably to monitor and ensure that the SDAB is following the rules.. Some quick grass-roots community action has obviously had a profound effect, and community leagues from all over the city have written to council objecting to the initial SDAB ruling. Here's hoping for the correct outcome this time.

Had lunch with a friend & associate at AY the other day, and apparently this building has quite a few leads already for office space.

The market has shifted a bit in the past few years... the 4-5k sf partial floor tenants are no longer the bread & butter... many of the prospects out there are looking for full floors.. bodes well for this project, being so well located.

Hopefully it`ll breathe a little more life into RHW as well

EDIT: IS that a parkade ramp showing on the NW side of the building ?

That's facing the SW corner, is it not? The only parking ramp I see is the existing one for Scotia Place.
