Edmonton housing market 'stable' in 2013

Edmonton housing prices continued to climb steadily during 2012, with the average of all homes at $333,140 in December - a jump of 5.4 per cent over the same period last year, the Realtors Association reported Thursday.

Single-family homes did even better, ending the year with an average selling price of $391,427, up 6.8 per cent over last year. However, condominium prices were down slightly, by less than one per cent for 2012, with the average selling price $225,143...

Yeah, site prep was completed a week or so prior to Christmas.

Also, look for a full redevelopment of the Solar Court building on 124 Street and 103 Avenue. The one with the yoga studio. Basically an entire renovation which will provide new retail and office space on 124 Street.

Pearl is definitely starting to make an impact. Driving down St Albert Trail as you cross the Yellowhead the tower is quite prominent.

A figure she is at 24 floors about now.

As for other site. There seems to be a lot of site excavation around town.

Yep. If I bought into it I would be asking the developer why the exterior glazing is taking as long as it is.

Corner 1 site today, 1 story building demolition and site prep commencement.

I also noticed the Asian hall/retail across the street boarded up. Is this apart of the corner 1 development?
