I wish. They tackle heritage preservation in such a progressive way. I hope we do learn from Scandinavia.

It got back to them that there was a rumor being spread aound St. John's about EA/Bioware coming to the city, they called earlier to inquire if I had heard about this rumor and I came clean with them that I was the one who mentioned it on a forum.

So your friend works for the developer or the anchor tenant? Why does the anchor tenant have renderings of the whole development and know every specific detail about retail, residential, restaurants, etc. wouldn't they only care about the space that they are renting?

This has become very fishy to me.. Please private message me to clear it up. I don't think you need to discuss it further on a public forum. But I would appreciate if you would clear everything up for me

I have PM'd you but in fairness for the rest I am pasting it here as well:

My friend works for the developer. The only rendering the tennant has seen is for the building which they will be in. They have specific requirements for design and space wise, which is why they have seen the rendering of the Office tower.

They could care less as to what the other buildings look like.

A family member of mine works with an expanding company who had interests in space in 351. All the space has been reserved for quite a while.

^ Interesting, I saw that series of photos. Too bad there is so much cloud cover and snow, makes it hard to see anything.

Much of the last few pages have been based solely on a rumour from only one source. I am not questioning anyone's credibility here, but often rumours don't go very far. I am fairly certain that a 23 storey building would not be approved at this location, of course that is just my opinion. I would rather someone start a rumours thread if you want to keep discussing this one to any great length; or just discuss it in the off topic thread.
