But really, isn't it cruel to keep a cat in a bag anyway? Wouldn't it smother, starve, etc? You've done the cat a big favor by releasing it into the wild whe pre it belongs. From this day forward no cats shall be stored in bags!

You would think PETA would have that phrase banished by now..

And besides they need another office to compensate their Galway office and work shortages.

As an update..... it will be announced before March 1st, and I will be able to get my hands on a render of the development before i leave on Feb 5. As for Bioware ( I got chastised for opening my mouth), they are indeed coming however they will not be here untill late 2015 and ONLY if project is approved and completed on time.

Well I guess they aren't coming. When has a project around here ever been completed on time?!?

Did you get punished for speaking about it?? Sorry if we caused you trouble. And will you share the render with me, your bestest friend in all the world??

An extreme example to illustrate my point: we have a spectacular view of the city from Signal Hill. For that reason, a wall of private, condo skyscrapers in the Battery should never be approved. But, if they are, the city should force them to have public viewing decks.
What won't you be able to see from Signal Hill if they construct buildings along Harbour Dr.?

Thanks for the welcoming guys. Looking forward to getting involved in the conversations. As for this new building. I'm very much excited about this one. I hope it does go through bu I also agree I hope the building on the corner next to the ate is incorporated into e design. Many buildings over in Oslo were done like this and I must say it was quite attractive.

Also thought I would share that I found out from some sources 351 water already has four of the 6 floors accounted for. Husky energy is taking all of there offices and combining them into one building.

We look forward to you joining in!

I would love to see some proposals the incorporate the existing heritage buildings into modern structures. I hope this new building will preserve the grace building! I have seen examples from places like Montreal, Quebec City, and even Norway that look awesome! I wish we had mode of it here! Hopefully some day soon!

Wow! Husky is taking 4 of the 6 floors?? That's a lot of space! Goes to show that we need this new proposal to create much needed office space

So you got in trouble for talking about the development but you're going to publicly admit that you will share the render before the development is announced on the same forum where you got caught the last time? Wouldn't it have been better to tell us about the render via private message so you don't get in more trouble than you already are in?
