you can't go under Bell.... It's 4 levels u/g. As cold noted, there is a ready to go pedway connection on the pedway level of Bell on the north side.

Jaffer looks ok.... Still think the bump outs look tacky.

Neighbourhood Engagement Strategy

The Neighbourhood Engagement Strategy (NES) committee is inviting interested residents, organizations, community groups, faith and cultural groups and businesses to a workshop on March 10, 2012. The workshop will assist community groups to engage in projects to strengthen and enhance their neighbourhoods through the use of asset building strategies (i.e. the NES toolkit). Funding is available for qualified projects, and the application deadline for funding is on April 30, 2012.

They are planning another 2 towers akin to Icon (programming wise, not architecturally) with podium.

I am a little worried about this one to be honest.
