^hhmmmm....wonder which of all those cities above also doesn't have a vibrant downtown well populated core......ooppss......oh yeah that would be EDMONTON.

It wasn't very long ago that Vancouver downtown was fairly dead.... Calgary still doesn't have a vibrant downtown outside of office hours. Toronto and Montreal both have at least 100 more years of growth each ahead of Edmonton. Not sure what your point was? Or maybe you didn't have one...

Tower crane is going up for an interesting looking four story office project on 49st and about 91ave just north of Kings College. Clark Builders job, didn't have my camera otherwise would have taken a pic from the render at site

Also see that there is a now a cantilever crane set up at the RK East site and shoring boards are going in for looks like one level of u/g parking for the first building

My office is just across the 4-way from there, I missed the render. Been waiting for one to pop up. Quite surprised it's 4 storeys, will have to check it out tomorrow after work.

As in the empty lot just north of the Sun on 49th St.? South of that car wash or bottle depot?

That is a design build with Manasc Issac called the Eastgate environment Canada office center.

Interesting. I thought they were expanding right beside Twin Atria for some reason?

I like the PV and green-roof feature, but I guess that might be expected considering it is MIA, Gov. sector & Enviro.

I wonder if it is set back like that from the parking on the south side as to consider future expansion plans/capacity?
