Anyone know if Waterfall include any 3 bdrm units, and what sort of price point they're looking at?

Yeah, I saw that a couple days ago. Not at a finer level though.

My guess is, pure speculation to boot, that as it is 1 unit per floor, 10 floors of condos.... averaging 1800 sq. ft. at $550 sq.ft., equals just shy of $1 million.
Smaller units - below street level overhanging grade - might be less, but this is all pricy stuff.

^avg. unit is 2000sqft... and id guess more like 700+ sqft

There you go. I was being conservative with said figures.

Still waiting for developers to see potential in the market for:
a) well located, smaller condo units. studio, 1+bdrm
b) Well designed townhouses in Oliver. Podium or not, there is a huge market for this. Even if we are talking 650k+.

As of this posting I see the mainline of AHD drawn in and most of the ramps for the interchanges. I don't see any updates of the base maps though.

All sizes are welcome.

As for Mayfair North, you are correct. Maybe sales figures of such will trigger other to get on board. Still waiting to see what a certain developer has planned for 108th/Jasper that supposedly is targeting this market in question.
