The first step after a valid application is submitted is a staff report. Staff either recommend approval of the application or rejection. A draft DA usually accompanies the staff report when they recommend approval. The Twisted Sisters app. went from staff report to Planning Advisory Committee to HAC then Council/public hearing. I wonder what the process will be here considering this site is grandfathered and not under HRMxD rule yet.
It would be hard to imagine this application receiving a warm and fuzzy reception at Council if the staff report, PAC & HAC all recommend against it.
