I lived there for three years and found that especially during the day, it was rare that you didn't encounter a vehicle at the same time. There is an elementary school and SIAST to the west of the roundabout, plus that street (Sask St) is the main drag to get to Main Street, so to me, it seemed fairly busy, but it was never congested. |
Verify or dismiss this urban legend for me. I've been told numerous people in Moose Jaw that the roundabout on Saskatchewan Street W and 4th Avenue NW was put in by a disgruntled traffic engineer in his last days of working for the City of Moose Jaw.
