I lived there for three years and found that especially during the day, it was rare that you didn't encounter a vehicle at the same time. There is an elementary school and SIAST to the west of the roundabout, plus that street (Sask St) is the main drag to get to Main Street, so to me, it seemed fairly busy, but it was never congested.
