No. The riders would
never move to Saskatoon. Regina was larger than Saskatoon for the majority of the century, it wouldn't make any sense to pack up the team and move just because Saskatoon has been slightly bigger for the last 15-20 years.
The team was founded in Regina, by Reginans, and biggest of all, the citizens of Regina own the team!
Also, you have to consider that Regina has Moose Jaw, population 30,000 only 30 minutes away.
And lastly, a lot of fans would be very pissed off if the team somehow moved, so I just don't see it happening.
Maybe if saskatoon keeps growing they'll be able to support their own team in the future, but the Riders stay with us
