There's been a lot of activity in certain parts of the city, with other areas seeing no change at all. The policy was recently updated to remove the RR zone's below-market housing requirement for six-floor buildings east of Ontario St, and reduced it to 10% for applications on the West Side. The C-2 zones never had one.
