Maybe not entirely as a standalone, but why can't we pair it with something else to make it a useful, vibrant, effective transit hub? Something like pairing it with VIA rail station or Hurdman. Then there's a lot of passengers and people to support retail and services AND makes it easy for customer to get to/from the station when travelling.
