I heard some grumblers on social media complaining that we ALREADY GET FOG... but, c'mon, can't we have a little whimsy in our public spaces. We need to care about how they're designed and used - and I'm not sure "splashpad and temporary washrooms" says "we want engaged and well-loved civic spaces here."
