In addition to the St. Regis site, there was also talk 6 or 7 months ago roughly about a tower development that was in the early stages. It might've been mentioned by someone overhearing a meeting where it brought up (don't quote me on that). Maybe we'll hear news soon
I'd imagine the Mayor is ahead of the curve when it comes to that sort of thing. Oh to be a fly on the wall in his office.
