That image really brings the scope of downtown developments into focus. I'm glad to see Sutton Place still listed as a project, but isn't it totally hotel rather than residential spaces? Even so I count over 1400 new residential units, not counting the totals for Railside and the north part of Marketlands. Nice to see!

DSM is also 160 units now. And there's other smaller things scattered about in there.

Some of the unit numbers are wrong/outdated and the Windsor Hotel project is missing, but overall the image does a nice job highlighting the major downtown developments. Thanks to whoever made it, was it someone here on this forum?

$30 million community-focused (allegedly) development apparently still in the works for the site of the burned-down Sutherland Hotel.

For context, this is the guy who's promising a $30M new build on one of the most challenging blocks in the city, in his own very unusual words

I looked back a couple of pages, but couldn't find if there was a page for this project, but the former Capri Hotel project is underway.

Construction trailers are installed and site work is underway. Pre-Con Construction is the contractor. They build pretty quickly, so we should see some progress shortly.

And this project is already on the second floor. I wasn't aware that it had started yet.

65 Kirkbridge behind the Smitty's on Pembina Highway.

Saw this one today. The plaza area continues to be bafflingly high density compared to everything around it i guess

You can really see how the original river lot survey impacts the shape of development in Winnipeg to this day in those first two renders in Wpg_Guy's post.

I was in a meeting today and an engineer let it slip that they are working on a 50 storey tower in Winnipeg. That was all he said. Take it for what it's worth.
