Two 3-storey townhouse buildings, containing a total of 5 units, are proposed on the north side of Huron Street between Adelaide and Belfield.

Creative Structures is the applicant. The lot is currently empty, but it used to have a single family house.

The framers have finished framing up the first 3s townhouse unit and have started work on the second townhouse building just behind at 1208 Fanshawe Rd E. The one fronting Fanshawe should see the roofing contractor very soon. The second unit will be framed up before the end of the year most likely.

388 Exeter Road and 1512-1514 Jalna Boulevard

A 3-storey townhouse development, with a total of 92 units, is proposed on a large vacant piece of land north of the light-industrial buildings off Exeter Road between White Oak Rd and Jalna Blvd.

The applicant is Elite Developments.

They have made quick work of the second townhouse building just behind the one fronting at 1208 Fanshawe Rd E. with framing of the 3rd floor this week. Should see the prefab roof joists going up next week.

They have completed the roof on the 2nd townhouse at 1208 Fanshawe Rd E. Should see the shingles installed very soon. The first building fronting Fanshawe already has the shingles installed and window units.

Staff report on the proposed 3s townhouse zoning on 129 Meadowlily Road South. This is immediately south of the development that currently still only has the model home built. Sales of lots in that development have been stalled like so many other subdivisions in and around London in the new housing market.

Staff are recommending against this townhouse zoning.

They are almost done framing the 3s townhouses in the Wastdell development north of Callaway Road. These will be rentals to start. As the new built condo market is DEAD!

City is apparently the developer of this infill townhouse development at 6712 James St.

Zoning amendments to allow:
• Nine (9) 3-storey street townhouse dwellings and
two (2) 2-storey single detached dwellings

Six bedrooms per unit....

Zoning amendments to allow:
• Two (2), 3-storey back-to-back townhouse blocks
• 24 residential units (48 units per hectare)

Masonry contractor has started installing the exterior brick on the south block of the townhouse at 1208 Fanshawe Rd E. Exterior finishing over the next few months should be wrapping up on these two townhouse blocks.

They have wrapped up the exterior brick installation on both 3s townhouse units at 1208 Fanshawe Rd E. The south unit is now getting exterior siding/stucco on the none brick sections and the north side unit is getting prepped for the same. Just to the west on the corner is another townhouse project where they have installed the underground utilities. Just waiting on the foundation contractor now.

Alot of activity in SE London just north of Commissioners and west of Old Victoria by Kassar Homes. Townhouses have been going up on Constance Ave.

Construction has finally started for the townhouses at 614 Westmount Crescent. Site Plan application from a couple of years ago says this will be 19 units, so far they have started on 2 blocks one smaller one along the front and a bigger one along the back.

I drive by this property all the time, they cleared the property at some point last year and only now are getting started but it seems like they are making good progress so far.
