Forming for the foundation footings for the next block of 3s condo townhomes by Wastdell Developments called Willow Condos up north of Sunningdale on Callaway Rd has started. They framed up the second block a few weeks ago and are now working on the exterior and interior. The first block was completed late last year.

Across the street the 3s Montage condos have a number for resale already.

New build condo market has effectively been dead now for 2 years with some that have switched mid-build to rentals from condos. Don't see any changes on the way this year.

LFP article on this proposal for prefab townhouses.

The first proposed project, backed unanimously last week by city council’s planning and environment committee, would be built at 1658-1678 Evangeline St., north of the intersection of Dundas and Second streets, and is comprised of 10 townhomes.

The 3s condo townhomes by Wastdell Developments called Willow Condos up north of Sunningdale on Callaway Rd have moved quickly with a number of buildings at various stages of framing now. The exterior is siding which contrasts to the stucco finish on the units of Montage across the street.

This seems like an odd place for a 32 bedroom project, are their more plans I cannot seem to find anything.

Not typically on the side of NIMBY'ers but this one seems odd, its not near downtown, on a quiet street not close to any real walkable amenities.
