Site trailer is still there. Also ~3 excavators which appear to have not moved in some time. Some manholes and other pieces still stiting in place. And the formwork pieces they're got in the hole placed for install are still sitting haphazardly. Looks like one day they were told to stop work and have not returned.

DSM continues to move along though. I'd imagine since they're close to being done that one will continue. Close to being done relatively speaking since this project has been in some state of construction for ~3 years now.

What's the story with Station Place?

I bike past Station Place every day on my way to work. Construction workers are still present on the site of the first tower. However, no movement on the sister tower planned for next door.

According to the website Station Place 1 is now leasing as of an Instagram post from 4 weeks ago.

Station Place 2 is suppose to be ready for rental in the fall of 2027 according to its webpage.

Maybe they reallocated resources to finish one of the other tower?

London Manor is a hole in the ground. They did the piling work and were in the process of setting up forms for the concrete basement walls. I suppose they could've more resources elsewhere, but that leads to questions also.

Phase 2 wont start until tower 1 is completed in full, they don't have any permits yet for phase 2.

Somebody complained about the white stuff floating off the building around May 4 to Carrington on their Facebook video page about the DSM project and they replied

"this was shared directly to the General Contractor and the site supervisor. Thank you for reaching out - we will ensure this is rectified."

Over at the Carrington London Manor site. There's crew on site today dismantling the formwork they had in place and hauling it off site.

I have heard it is an issue with the contractor. Now, this could be caused by the developer, but my sources have said that Carrington should come out of this. I guess we will see. If they replace the CM with a different contractor this will likely be proven as true. I always found it strange that they hitched their wagon to one CM.

Shortly after I commented on May 12 that I see workers on site regularly, I stopped seeing workers. I must have jinxed it. The site has been quiet in recent weeks.

Based in their revised design of the building, this could be a blessing in disguise.

I was always under the impression that the contractor was also part of the ownership group.

Sort of, from what I was told. It may not be so now. It all seemed very confusing.

The projects should be moving again fairly soon.
