That's intriguing - it was retail and office previously, but that seems unlikely to be what's planned for a building three times bigger in floorspace. Another condo building doesn't seem too likely either. Boutique hotel, maybe? Or a social housing building to substitute for the 51 social housing units that they have proposed in 1444 Alberni?
