They are currently actively physically
landscaping the lot on the SW corner of Main/Vaughan Harvey.
This is pretty damned good evidence that they have no intention of developing this lot anytime soon.
This of course leaves the lot immediately adjacent to the GoodLife building. This will likely be developed next. The key question is when???
