If you're single, have an okay job, or just starting out, it's the best place because you have options.
When you're a young professional, have a high paying job that you feel secure in, and no plans to have more than 1 kid, DT ftw.
So far DT Van is holding up like this, but I don't think it's gonna last.
It's a domino waiting to fall with all the macro events happening inside Canada and out.
Obviously personal view, but I would not buy a strata unit in the DT penninsula anytime soon.
