Not a surprise, when BPG bought the Bracebridge building on Rodney Square that Incyte left in the dust ... everyone knew apartments were on the way. 202 of them, to be exact.
At least the design from DIGSAU looks sharp and sleek. (I still wish Incyte would've moved all those good jobs downtown).
