(Sean Orr and COPE have long been pro decriminalization and pro destigmatization so it's ironic to me that he'd sue for someone saying he did something that he would himself support, yet hasn't done (yet), and is saying that reasonable people would consider it a bad thing.)
Missing the point...
The Mayor of Vancouver committed public defamation and liable. He broke the law.
