In Saskatoon for the night on my way West, what a lovely riverwalk straddling downtown. Its a shame that downtown seems to roll up and shutdown at 7 o'clock haha.

The Americold cold storage facility under construction on the Saint John, New Brunswick waterfront.

Photo cred to who I think is the best drone photographer in Saint John and probably all of New Brunswick, jorgenrique217

The Saint John cityscape has a little layering too. 🥹

The Appalachian Uplands in the background.

Another mind-blowing NCC project by the Ottawa River. To situate everyone, behind the Château Laurier, we have Major's Hill Park by the Canal, with Parliament on a Hill across the Canal. North end of Major's Hill is the bustling Tavern on the Hill, near the new bridge to Kiweki Point behind the National Art Gallery, the new name of the newly redone Nepean Point, which is packed with people as well and offers some of the best views of Downtown Ottawa and Hull. This here is the continuation of that NCC waterfront development going behind the Royal Canadian Mint.

It's part of a project to restore a century old retaining wall. While they're at it, they'll create this new pedestrian space by the water.

If they can pull off the elevated walkway to look as good in those renderings, then yes it will be a spectacular project. Very cool and a great addition.

Maybe we should create a waterway thread. For now, Rideau Canal skateway flyover.
