This is a major blow for that area of Metro which is currently under much development with the anticipation of this facility in the area. It's also a major for Paradise as I'm certain they will not be getting that much needed interchange with the Outer Ring to alleviate traffic. And most of all, it's a major blow for health care. This was a much needed facility.

The St. Clare's replacement is located in the wrong area. It seems like it was. scheme for Furey's buddies to enrich themselves with the sale of the land. And how does this project cost $10B? The new St. Paul's Hospital under construction in Vancouver is expected to cost $2.18B.
