I'm having trouble how people will get on/off Bronson. I see a new off ramp to get onto Heron. I guess those blue internal streets (with intersections) are how people will travel on and off Bronson, which will extend the ride and potentially create traffic issues. I wish they could at least figure out a way to connect with Riverside with simplified ramps.

As for the RA Centre, I think the plan is to build a new one.
