I'd say somewhere between 0 and -1%.
My guess is if there is a route to South America for YVR it will eventually be AC to Bogota, which is a great hub for Star Alliance with their partner at Avianca. It's also more strategically located at the top of SA, since connecting through GRU requires backtracking to hit a lot of major destinations on the continent.
