Not that I don't love tall towers, but I wish these were a bit shorter to create a stepped terrace effect with the buildings from the lakefront. I do like the overall design, and I hope we get to see some more renders, especially of the podium.
There is a good chance these will change, as they are renders provided to the city for approval. Those 2 pools on the roof look like an afterthought. I'm sure a final design will have a better hashed-out rooftop amenity area than shown.
