So I was wrong again, but this location will either potentially be what was original rumoured for the former Four Seasons (the 'hipper' option) or the brand that's in the tallest residential tower in Toronto that was in receivership.
Four Seasons will be elsewhere at a prominent site. The developer also purchased a substantial site nearby to what was mistakenly identified above at a record breaking price
