Based on the freakouts online from White City, I'm guessing a 4-storey apartment complex with 50 units will be built or something, and this is somehow bringing the "trash" (i.e. people who can't afford $600,000+ homes) into their "city." Heaven forbid the people that work retail jobs in White City be able to live there, lol.
